Order processing

I aim to have your order sent within four business days of placing your order. If this is not possible for some reason, I will contact you. There may also be longer order processing times during peak sale and holiday periods. If you are after something urgently, please email me at lisa@bohemianmummadesigns.com.au and I will see what I can do.

Custom orders will be quoted a timeframe for pieces to be sent on a case-by-case basis and may take up to a few weeks due to potentially sourcing extra materials and the handmade nature of these pieces.

**Please note that in some cases there may be slight colour and pattern variances in crystals in your order to the pictures on the website as crystals are natural products with variations and no two pieces are exactly the same. Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange for a different piece after your order is shipped, please let us know at checkout if you have specific needs for particular crystals and we will do our best to fulfill these in your order.

Shipping - Australia

FREE standard shipping is offered for orders over $100 Australia wide. I send all orders via Australia post with tracking. Orders under $100 will incur a flat standard shipping rate of $9 Australia wide. Express post is $12. Once your order is posted I will send you a tracking number.

Please allow up to one week for your order to arrive, however at this stage due to widespread delays, it may take up to a few weeks to receive your order. There may also be longer shipping delays during peak holiday periods.

You can use the tracking number supplied to lodge an enquiry with Australia post if your order goes missing or is delayed. If your order is deemed lost, please let me know and I will work with you to the best of my ability to rectify the situation. Please note, I will not replace items in an order due to being lost in transit until at least 30 days has passed since sending the order and all available avenues of enquiry have been exhausted.

Bohemian Mumma Designs is not liable for any costs associated with parcels being returned to sender due to being unclaimed or not delivered, or where a customer has incorrectly entered the address during checkout.

Shipping – Local pick up

If you are on or near to Phillip Island, Victoria you are able to pick your order up from the Cowes area. Please check that option in checkout and I will be in contact with you to arrange a suitable time/date for collection of your order.

Shipping - International

At this stage we do not offer international shipping through this website. If you would like to organise international shipping, please email me at lisa@bohemianmummadesigns.com.au for a quote.
